Beef Brisket $21 / LB

Salt & Pepper rubbed Texas style brisket. Our brisket spends at least 14 hours in the smoker, sliced hot and ready to enjoy. Brisket is the king of beef BBQ

Pulled Chicken $15 / LB

Brined and smoked, 100% thigh meat. Dry rubbed and smoked until juicy and done, then pulled off the bone for easy eating.

St. Louis Pork Ribs $21 per Rack

Dry rubbed overnight and smoked with apple wood for hours until nearly fall off the bone tender, perfect for the BBQ lover.

Smoked Chicken Wings 25 for $30 / 50 for $55

Slowly and gently smoked to impart exquisite flavor and remain tender and juicy. Tossed in your choice of wing sauce. (Hot, Mild, House BBQ or Piquant Pepper)
